Returns Policy
At Precision Textiles Inc., we take pride in our years of experience creating high-quality custom apparel, backed by numerous 5-star customer reviews. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.
If you encounter any issues with your order, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please send an email to sales@precisiontextiles.ca with your order number and images of the issue, and a member of our team will reach out within one business day. We kindly ask that you notify us within 14 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned:
Most items we sell are not eligible for return. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition (never worn). Items showing any noticeable wear cannot be returned.
What Cannot Be Returned:
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the receipt of delivery. Customized or decorated products cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging or that show noticeable wear are also ineligible for return. To qualify for a return, items must be in like-new condition.
Cancellation Period:
Customers must request cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all canceled orders to cover the costs of restocking the items. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the order cancellation is approved. The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the restocking fee.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Right to Modify:
Precision Textiles Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this returns policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review the policy regularly for any changes.
