Customer-Supplied Items Policy
At Precision Textiles Inc., we take great pride in delivering high-quality results. While we strive for excellence in every project, working with customer-supplied items comes with certain risks.
Important Information for Customer-Supplied Items:
- If an issue arises during decoration, we will do our best to fix it, but replacement of the item is the customer’s responsibility.
- A handling fee of $2–$20 per item applies, depending on the item. This fee is communicated during the quote process.
- We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our quality standards.
- Items must be clean and free of lint, pet hair, or debris. A $20 cleaning fee applies if additional cleaning is required.
- All packaging, stickers, and tags must be removed before dropping off items.
