What is Screenprinting?
Screen printing is a printing technique where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto a substrate, like clothing. It's a versatile method suitable for various materials and offers vibrant colors and durability.
When deciding whether to choose screen printing for clothing over other methods, consider factors like design complexity, order size, and fabric type. Screen printing is ideal for large orders with relatively simple designs, especially if you're working with fewer than five colors.
Screenprinting is great for creating bold, solid prints on fabrics like cotton, making it a popular choice for t-shirts, hoodies, and other clothing. However, for smaller orders, detailed designs, or delicate fabrics, digital printing or heat transfer may work better. These methods allow for more design flexibility and can be more affordable for smaller quantities.

The cost of screen printing typically depends on the number of colors in your design and the quantity of items being printed. To reduce costs, consider using the same print across multiple items like t-shirts, long sleeves, sweaters, and hoodies. Our minimum order amount is 20 units, and for a one-colour print, the price starts at $5.55 per item. For larger orders, such as 200 shirts with a one-color print, the cost can be as low as $2.99 per item.

The turnaround time for completing a screen printing project is typically 10-15 days on average. However, this timeframe can vary based on factors such as the complexity of the design and our current workload. If you have a deadline or require expedited service, please inform us, and we'll prioritize your order accordingly.
Yes! We welcome your own designs for screen printing. We require a vector file for your artwork. If you don't have one, no worries, as this is a service we provide in-house. Just let us know, and we'll take care of it.
If your project meets the minimum order quantity of 20 units and your print is between 1-10 colours then our screen printing process is an ideal fit, providing crisp, vibrant and precise results.
